Chapathi with ghee is a part of our daily meals. Usually eaten with curry. Chapathis are also called rotis in some parts of India.
Made with whole wheat flour and make a soft dough mixing with water, apply 1 tea spoon of oil and rest for about half hour makes the dough soft. Make small balls with dough and roll them flat sprinkling flour. Roast on the pan and apply ghee/oil/butter. Store in an air tight container. Can be stored in refrigerator upto 2 or 3 days. We usually make them fresh at least once in a day. Dough can be stored as well if excess.
Can be eaten with curry/chutney/curd/plain.
