Med Box Grill

Semih and Tuncay are both Turkish descendant. Tuncay has a vast experience in restaurant business. He had operated restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. His passion for food is known by many of his friends and family.
Semih is coming from a family with bakery background. His family has been in bakery business since 1948. His first job was at family patisserie at the age of 13.

Passion for food brought two of them together in 2016 when they decided to bring their family recipes together and serve the very food they grew up with to Minnesotans. Since 2017 they have been operating their food truck.

Med Box Grill was feature on local news, Mediacom channels, Pioneer Press and local magazines.

Med Box Grill was named one of the 6 best food trucks in Twin Cities by Pioneer Press in 2019.
