Started as a one man operation in the 1960’s Peter Richter and Son LLC has grown to a family run business that is fully staffed and able to tackle all of your home remodeling needs. Growing up, residing and raising 4 young children in Scotch Plains, Peter Richter has developed a reputation for honesty and reliability throughout the community. Involved in every step of the remodeling process he will guide you through every aspect of the work to be performed. From conception to completion holding your hand is what we do. When asked about his thoughts on the business atmosphere today Peter’s response was: “The business climate today has changed considerably from what it once was. During the boom years of the middle 1990’s until about 2006 the emphasis on service seems to have all but vanished. We have always strived to be the company that provides service and that personal touch in everything that we do.
